Dripping debut

Six long years after forming, The Drips finally let loose their self titled debut album. Ironically, the album was recorded in a mere two days which truly captures the raw energy of the group.

With the line up consisting of members of The Bronx, The Distillers, Los Lobos and Suicidal Tendencies, it’s a miracle that the album was able to see the light of day at all. But here it is in all its punk rock glory.

Highlights include the scorching opener ‘Broken’, ‘Downbrown’ and the first single ‘16 16 Six’ which has been getting a flogging at Triple J.
