Fat or Fad?

Fast food and No Play Make Jack a Fat Boy is a book on how to create a healthier lifestyle for you and your children. It contains health tips for adults and kids, a story so kids can read it too, workout exercises and a small flicker-trick at the top of the page.

I would recommend this book for people who think they are overweight, children and expectant mums. All those who enjoy reading will also love this book. Andy, Jim and Sophie have done an excellent job on this book.

Fast Food and No Play make Jack a fat boy is easy to spot in the bookshop with it's colourful front cover in orange and yellow. Now THIS is a health book.

[And from an adult]
With all kinds of clamour about childhood obesity, it’s good to see that Andy Griffiths and his co-writers have had the good sense to produce a book that speaks directly to those most at risk. It’s all well and good to trot out statistics and analysis, but none of that matters to the kids who are in the front line of the fast food battle. As a result, this is a welcome addition to children’s literature. It’s funny, accessible and a must for any parent’s book shopping list.
